About Us

Cottage Kids Community Preschool is a family owned and operated long day care service here on the beautiful Central Coast, NSW. Located in the heart of Berkeley Vale, secluded within tranquil bushlands, our service provided ample natural learning environments and opportunities to ensure an holistic learning environment for all children.

Our experienced and dedicated educators share a common vision and philosophy on children and endeavour to maintain quality relationships and establish safe, positive environments where the children are happy, content, and settled.

Our service provides high quality, affordable and accessible childcare for children aged 2 years to school age. Offering sessional care 5 days a week from 7am – 6pm, 51 weeks a year.. All meals are provided and prepared inhouse by our inhouse cook, as well as regularly reviewed by a locally qualified nutritionist.

Here at Cottage Kids sustainable practices are fundamental to our philosophy and embedded throughout our program. Our service has been largely influenced and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, and has currently undergone a centre refurbishment to both our indoor and outdoor facilities. While providing a stimulating, natural environments along with an innovative and creative program operating under the Early Years Learning Framework that assists your child’s development. We provide daily communication about your child’s routine and activities along with feedback on your child’s progress.

Here at Cottage Kids we believe School Readiness starts from birth. By providing a program that prepares each child not only for school but ensuring a holistic learning environment to support the foundation for life-long learning and success.
